American Chopper

OCC prepares to hit the Sturgis Bike Show down in North Carolina and Paul Sr's thinking theme bike. Paul Jr. comes up with the idea of making a chopper based on an Air Force jet, and has only 45 days to fabricate, get out to paint, and assemble.

After the sucess of their first special, OCC gets another shot in front of the Discovery cameras. The subject this time? Fabricating prodigy Cody and the machine he builds with Paul Jr., and the unveiling at Biketober.

After receiving a call from Ol' Saint Nick, Paul Senior rallies OCC elves Rick and Mike Campo, plus Mikey, to make a one of a kind Christmas bike for the children who lost their parents in the 9/11 tragedy.

Mikey revisits some of the best moments from season one.

The Teutuls spread some Christmas cheer by building a Santa Claus theme custom chopper for children of fallen firefighters.

In this latest special, Sir Michael Joseph Teutel, Sr. (Mikey) showcases several clips and bloopers never before seen, along with some memorable Mikey moments. See Star Wars own Ewan MacGregor stop by the shop and take a chopper for a test ride, and watch Mikey caddie for Davis Love III.

Mikey gives America a look at what goes on behind the scenes on American Chopper. Using the Mikey cam to shoot a documentary, we meet the crew and see what really goes into making the hit television show. Mikey takes us on a tour of the shop, the OCC store and the production offices in Los Angeles. While there, he learns just how much work goes into the show as he meets the post-production staff.

The most asked question by American Chopper fans is how OCC — and the show — got started. This one-hour special will take fans on a journey through the Teutul's family history, showing how the Teutuls got to where they are today. We will show tours of Orange County Ironworks and the old OCC shop. We'll learn about the origins of American Chopper. And we'll see that despite all of their success and fame, the Teutuls will always be a bike-building family that just loves to ride.

Jeff Clegg is a military man turned civil engineer and his number one dream is to own a custom motorcycle. And thanks to the FANtasy Bike Contest from Discovery Channel, he's gonna get his wish. With a military theme to work with, and the words "Corporal Punishment" emblazoned on the bike's seat, this build will make any fan proud.

This special takes a look at some never before seen footage and outtakes from the show. From drag racing to a trip to Sturgis to Senior dressing up in a spacesuit, it's a fun ride as Mikey and Vinnie show us some of their favorite scenes that didn't make the show.
