Legal
This page describes the rules for using FRAJTI, how personal data is handled, and the strict licensing policy that governs any in-app playback. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice; have counsel review it before commercial launch.
FRAJTI is a discovery service. You may browse the catalogue, create an account, and keep a personal watchlist, favorites list and viewing-progress record. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape at abusive rates, or use the service to infringe intellectual property rights.
Catalogue metadata, artwork and watch-provider data belong to their respective owners. Availability can change without notice. Links to third-party providers are provided for convenience; your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms.
Accounts may be suspended for abuse. You can stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (attribution, disclaimers, liability) survive.
Guest mode. Without an account, your watchlist, favorites and progress are stored only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Accounts. When you sign in, we store your email, display name, optional avatar and bio, and your library rows in Supabase. Row-level security restricts every row to its owner. Admins can see aggregate counts, not your private viewing history.
Cookies. Session cookies are http-only and used only for authentication. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention & rights. You may update or clear your library at any time. To request account deletion, contact the operator of this deployment. Backups may retain data for a limited period.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Watch-provider data is provided by JustWatch via TMDB and may change.
Catalogue presence derived from the VidAPI public feed is used for discovery and availability signalling only. It is not a representation that a title is licensed in your territory.
In-app playback is disabled by default. It only becomes available when all of the following are true:
Where playback is disabled, FRAJTI remains a metadata and legal-availability platform. Embed URLs are never constructed, so the player host cannot be reached from the client.
