A panel discussion recorded at The Museum of Television & Radio in New York on October 23, 1997, featuring creator Tom Fontana and members of the cast. The participants discuss the origins of Oz, its themes, production challenges, and the cultural impact of HBO’s groundbreaking prison drama shortly after its debut.
Set more than twenty years after the events of Oz, this short epilogue follows a tense phone conversation between former inmates Tobias Beecher and Ryan O’Reily. As they reflect on their shared past, the lingering psychological scars of Oz resurface, revealing how prison continues to shape their lives long after release.
